Final Double Page Spread

Finally I Finished!!

I’ve completed my AS level media coursework, and it has definitely been an uphill battle. Throughout the process, I faced numerous challenges, but I was able to create a decent magazine. I’ve learned so much, not only about media but also about motocross and the evolution of women in the sport. There are definitely things I would have done differently, but this experience has equipped me with valuable long-term skills. It’s time to say goodbye!

 

Editing Double Page Spread

Here is editing process , where I tried different layout options and positionings:

Final Flat Plan :

I contemplated putting the photo on the left but realised there would be too man photos on one side of the paper as well as I decided to use fire to resperesent  the " motor" in motorsport and keep the same theme as black as my background!

so to make my content page I was very new to ps and was more familiar using picart but my teacher later told me to challenge myself and use ps to remove the background for my double page spread which I did!

I decided to use pink as the title to represent women empowerment , but later on realised it wasn't matching with the other colours, swell as after my review my teach said I needed to change my layout 

I changed my font to small letters and the headline to a brighter colour switching the subtitle and headline colour .

After research I saw that it was easier to make layout plan on illustrator then extract it onto ps so I learned how to make plan on illustrator to make it easier to add photos onto ps and how to move it to ps :

After getting my answers I brainstormed and came up on the final article and wrote it down directly on photoshop. 

My teacher advised me to use the same layout as I did for my old table of content on my double page spread with the fire!

 After I reviewed it with my teacher she told me to change my background and add more colours to make it brighter so I reached on different formats , fonts and layouts for table of contents and came up with three layouts
